Liverpool will lift the Premier League trophy at Anfield on the final day of the 2024-25 season.
Captain Virgil van Dijk and his Reds teammates will get their hands on the silverware at the conclusion of their fixture against Crystal Palace on Sunday May 25.

The campaign finale with the Eagles kicks off at 4pm BST and the trophy presentation will begin shortly after the final whistle.
Up to 40 commemorative medals will be distributed to Liverpool's squad and staff during the ceremony, with every player that has made at least five top-flight appearances in the season guaranteed to receive one.
Certain Premier League individual honours – such as the Golden Boot and Playmaker of the Season prize – will also be awarded following the game, if a member of Arne Slot's team is the winner.
