Injuries
Alisson Becker
The goalkeeper suffered an injury in the second half of Liverpool's Champions League game at Galatasaray.
Arne Slot on November 7: "Alisson for sure [should be ready for Nottingham Forest on November 22]. With Alisson we expect this."
Jeremie Frimpong
Frimpong was forced off during the early stages of the 5-1 win over Eintracht Frankfurt in the Champions League.
Slot on November 7: "I expect Jeremie back after the international break as well because we play from November until March! But I don't expect Jeremie to be fully fit for Forest."
Alexander Isak
Isak was withdrawn at half-time in Frankfurt with an issue that has ruled him out since.
Slot on November 7: "He will train for the first time today with the team again, after being three weeks out. I know that I said three weeks ago that his pre-season has ended so now it's time for us to see where he is. But I have to come back to those words, because if you are three weeks only with the rehab, that doesn't bring you back to the levels he was three weeks ago. Although, our rehab team is doing an incredible job. But you cannot compare rehab with games of football or training sessions with the team. As much as we try to replicate it, that's simply not possible. So, again I have to say, give him some time."
Giovanni Leoni
The defender is facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament injury at the end of his debut against Southampton in the Carabao Cup.
Slot on September 26: "He is not in a good place, of course, because he tore his ACL and it means he will be out for a year. Being so young and coming to a new country and playing so well in your first game... it's very hard to take the positive side.
"There's never a positive side – but you always try to look at a positive side and that is that he is still so young, so he has so many years still to go after he recovers from a terrible injury like that."
