The Liverpool Academy midfielder netted his country’s third goal during a 4-2 victory over Solomon Islands.
Kelly’s long-range strike came during a third-place play-off clash in the FIFA Series taking place in Indonesia.
Meanwhile, Florian Wirtz completed 61 minutes for Germany as they overcame Ghana 2-1 in a friendly fixture.
