Diogo Jota's Portugal advance to Nations League final

Diogo Jota's Portugal secured their spot in the UEFA Nations League final by defeating Germany on Wednesday night.

Jota was introduced off the bench in the 83rd minute of the last-four showdown in Munich, which saw Portugal come from behind to win 2-1.

They will now meet Spain or Ibrahima Konate's France on Sunday in the showpiece at Allianz Arena.

The other semi-final takes place on Thursday evening.
